The Rottingdean Club is a private member club set in the heart of a small village town, just outside Brighton and Hove, England. First established in 1505 by George Dacre; an influential nobleman who was responsible for the formation of Rottingdean. This is where the name ‘Rottingdean’ originated from. Dacre was buried in the grounds of the Rottingdean Club his exact burial site is unknown to this day. The Rottingdean Club is a traditional country style members club, pub, restaurant, bar, with beer garden.
